Health Testimony

Qwalion Busby, 33 m, 170 lbs, 5'11.
90% Raw. The rest lightly cooked rarely.
30 months on the journey


My transition to a healthy lifestyle began in January of 2012 after watching a Dr. Sebi YouTube video called “Eat to Live or Eat to Die.” He teaches from a holistic perspective and I am thankful for his presence and the message he conveys. I took that concept and paved a personal path based on foods that are naturally occurring.

I took several steps to improve my life, to change old habits. Wife and I promulgate a vision board approximately every 6 months. We removed meat and dairy completely and for the most part starch. We removed the processed foods, food additives, seedless fruits and anything GMO identifiable. Naturally occurring to the best of our knowledge. Introduced and continue to reintroduce fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds into my body. Once I understood what to and what not to eat, my experience became surreal dropping weight unbelievably. A total of 78 lbs. In 10 months.

After weighing a high of 230 lbs., constipated, experiencing bronchitis/ rhinitis, slow healing injuries, frequent pneumonia and colds throughout the fall and winter months at the age of 30, dropping a total of 82 lbs was the motivation. It was hard evidence. At 152 lbs., I began to gain weight (170 lbs. To date). And my body began to just morph into this really nice art work. People respond to me differently. Women stare now. Let me know I was on the right path because good health is attractive.

Talking to others, raising awareness has been my emotional outlet. I'm most proud that I have helped several other people start their own personal journey. I'm also proud to have followed through and not given up. So many people simply “can't do it.”

Wow! My future goals. So many. You know, ultimately, I want to put my stamp on the world and let it be known. To bring people together and create a void of positive energy for the cause of good health. To teach, inspire and show how to have success with good health is part of my destiny. To show how to transition from an SAD based diet to a holistic based diet.

The advice: Be open and study new information. Don't get comfortable. Do your homework. Study everybody. Not just one set of information. There's so much to know and we have to search for this information like a hunt for a needle in a haystack. Overall, believe in yourself and your God given abilities. Which are infinite.

Creating a Health and Nutrition Network



Guys we've created a network of really successful people health and nutrition wise.  Let's push for more.

Here's a nutshell. My own journey began 28 months ago.  230 lbs. down to 152 lbs. in 11 months primarily alkaline diet.  Currently 172 lbs.  Weight train, body weight, basketball, sun bathe, teacher, student.

*Alkaline just mean the foods are of an alkaline nature, a +pH.

It stems from a vision to be wholistic in 2009, 208 N. Rita.  Family vision board.  Just make peace and prosper.  Don't eat things like bread, wheat, white rice, brown rice, potatoes, other starchy root vegetables or seedless fruits.  We eat mangoes, peaches, nectarines, watermelons, grapes, key limes, berries, dandelion, watercress, romaine or green lettuce, almond nuts, avocados, marjoram, clove...the list goes on as to what we do eat and the same for what we don't.  Notate all the fruits have seeds.  All things natural come from a seed.  Even you!

What we do is alkalkine foods.  What we don't do is acid foods.  Well, we have our "vegan" times.  Our body is electrical so our food must be electrical.  Where man can assimilate plant and absorb the essence.  Man can't do it.  There is no electricity in his food.  Therefore all of his things in the body are poisons.  Obstructions.  Carrot, beet, wheat, GMO, soy bean, red bean and pinto bean.

The food has been tampered with, cultivated, cross-pollenated and adulterated.  Even the animals are domesticated.  We all have to do our own research and become more knowledgable ourselves so that we can help ourselves and help others.  And to simply improve quality of life.

Raw Vegan Experience (Currently)

When cigarette smokers quit smoking, they go through withdrawals. It hurts when that cigarette doesn't touch the lips on time.

For me same thing when raw. When I went raw, the first few days were tough. I could have called it hunger but I'm already familiar with that feeling and know that its addiction from fasting. I was accustomed to something cooked especially "on time." Even on the SAD diet, when I didn't get my biscuits and eggs, I felt "hungry." I was never hungry then all of a sudden not hungry after biscuits. I simply treated an addiction. Your body has to undergo another level of healing because we are taking away another element and likely a lot of harmful ingredients especially at vegan restaurants. 

What have I learned from raw? That it isn't the food that makes muscle bigger but the intensity of the workout and the type of practices or exercises. The food aids the body back to a clean state. So that it may function optimally. I went in with the idea to see what happens after I go raw and I am yielding good results. I do nothing the books say, yet positive results. 

I don't count calories. Sometimes I eat more sometimes I eat less it depends on what I'm doing, where I'm at and even if there's a desire for food. None of that is necessary. But if you think it is then it is because the law of attraction. And the ideas that we have about ourselves come the way we ask. 

We're in the same boat. I get my withdrawals. The only difference is I'm wanting cooked food becaused I've been eating cooked food for 33 years.

Understanding Food (1)

Before getting into how to prepare, understand what can be eaten. We know already that meat = cancer or some other disease eventually.  It also makes us fat.  That fat is the disease. Not fat.  Meat and the puss and fetus if you eat eggs. It all translate to cancer. Meanwhile breaking down the organs the liver, galbladder, pancreas, liver damn near all the organs break down. Not just the ones that the physician can see on their machines.  And you don't need physicians to know this. It is your intuition that is the founder of all things. The understanding of all things. Not the man outside but the God inside.  See someone has led the people astray.

No! We are babies again because we have been lied to. So studying what has a chemical affinity with our bodies (foods with the same molecular structure that we have and that can assimilate into our body) and what does not is paramount.  Not all "vegetables" are natural. If it isn't natural, your body can't use it which equates to mucous until your body can remove it. If the body doesn't remove it, it eats you alive.  Vegans typically go an entire day eating acidic foods i.e. starches....soy, wheat, beans etc. WE HAVE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT'S HAPPENING.

So how to break this down?  Well the blood must alkalize at a pH level of 7.4. Our food must resonate at this level. Fruits such as watermelons, canteloupes, grapes, mangoes, peaches, apricots sure eat these all day long. They have seeds that reproduce themselves. Godly!  Nothing but sexiness! But the potatoes, carrots, wheat, white and brown rice, and wheat pastas, beets, peanuts, cashews are ALL hybrids. All acidic.  Fall below 7.0.  This is why they are sooooooooo available. And is why we were already eating this food when we discovered that animals in the body are harmful. We have been feed animals and hybrid, man made food. Not authentic. But slave food.  We all have been eating garbage.  Even the so called vegetables. And man has not the intel to create natural life because he'd be creating God. So man has been creating something that looks like God! So see, we need to understand what to eat because somone somewhere fucked it all up.

So now we have to look at the foods that the system mass produces and sells in the produce sections.  Choose the best cultivated foods of the produce section.  Know what to consume.  Then eat up.

Then you will see stupid results.  It's the food. Understand the food and you join a community of people that are operating at optimum levels that don't even experience symptoms of any kind.  That don't visit physicians. That don't even have pills or bleach for that matter in their homes. Everything natural. No disease no issues of any sort just eating seeded fruits and powerful greens i.e. watercress, romaine lettuce, endive, purple lettuce, cilantro and don't forget about the wild herbs which are the best available i.e. dandelions, plantains, thistle, queen anne lace, chickweed......all alkaline and much much more!

find your local herb shop look for blue vervain, uva urse (kidneys), mullein....search all of these foods and change your food profile.

Drop the meat, dairy, and starch forever.....

It's gonna be hard but its a journey.

no soy and no carrots, no potato, no rice, no beans, no yucca root, no seedless fruits, no peppermint, no stevia, no white brown sugar, no wheat, no animal, no dairy, no cheese, no.  they are poisons. arrests the lymphatic system.

eating such things are acidic and blocks the flow of electrical distribution. they forms puss (mucous). the body has to produce large deposits of puss or MUCUS to "neutralize" the acid. Deposits become present throughout the body.  Note the deposits are the disease.They call it disease but its only mucous/ puss as a result of a disease forming diet.

no eggs, no yogurt, no wheat pastas, no bread (unless made with only alkaline ingredients), no biscuits, lol... no pop tarts, no fast food ever never, no soda water, no soda pop, no ice cream, no butter ever, no hygrogenated oil, no fried meat like not even ever, no tuti frutis, no general mills, no post cereals, no frosted flakes...

^^^This shit right here why people are fat.  Fast food and chips a hoy and sandwhiches, frosty flakes all that stuff right there is abomination in the body. Now cut the shit out.  We are all built to be fine as hell even at "old age." operation nutritionclean your nutrition up at 50, by 70, you're a fucking model. It is that simple.

Listen to Personal Health Testimonies

I like to look at it from this angle. Who's producing research and why? Given this is a capitalistic world, and the bottom line being the most important aspect of all commerce, its a good idea to look at the research with a birds eye view. Unfortunately, we can't do that. "Top Secret." I guess I don't know but it isn't broadcasted so that the public can view all the studies that are being conducted.  Why not?

I mean, there's google + there are several free media streams that scientists can show real time results. Video record. But it doesn't happen. So I don't trust none of it. "Scientific evidence" just doesn't live up to its name. So we revert back to listening to testimonies from the people not the hired people. The hired people have been bought.

I only trust your testimony. We have to stop discrediting/ writing off personal testimonies.  Especially when there's a success story for every single post now about how people went from Chron's Disease, Fibroids etc. to becoming their healthiest ever in just 2 years, 3 years time which is nothing compared living for 40 years.
